Erlijn has been leading for over 25 years different global programs and partnerships, with both impact-driven and for-profit organisations. Her roles and assignments centre around strategy, new business models and shared value creation. In the last 15 years she’s dedicated to inclusion<\/strong> and social innovation<\/strong>. All of it is rooted in a decade of consultancy and advisory practice in business management in general. Being a social entrepreneur with a strong business background, her signature has become the bridging<\/strong> between social sector <\/strong>and business<\/strong>. Leading the AHA program<\/a> at Ashoka with Philips Foundation<\/strong> and Royal Philips<\/strong> cooperating in a multi-year program to accelerate access to healthcare around the world by scaling the impact of over 50 social entrepreneurs with funds, industry skills & expertise, and other joint collaborative actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MenCare+ Program Lead – RutgersWPF <\/strong>(2013 \u2013 2015)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rutgers<\/strong>WPF (now known as Rutgers, previously known as the World Population Fund (WPF)) is dedicated to sexual health<\/strong> and reproductive rights. The MenCare<\/a>+ program tackles inequality between men and women by involving men in care for their children in Indonesia, Rwanda, South Africa and Brazil. Leading the (multi-year, multi-million) program, in close cooperation with the alliance of ten local partners,<\/strong> the funder (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and two leading social enterprises Sonke Gender Justice <\/strong>and Promundo<\/strong>, and their founders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strategic Lead Corporate Partners – Plan<\/strong> (2011 & 2012-2013)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plan is an international child rights organisation, promoting child right to end child poverty. Strategic Lead of the Dutch Corporate Partners leading the team and of several global corporate partners (a portfolio of several millions annually), mainly Youth Economic Empowerment <\/strong>programs in both Asia and Latin-America. In collaboration with corporate partners including Accenture, National Postcode Lottery, ASN bank, PWC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impact-driven advisor & business consultant <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
