Personal Purpose

I believe that investing in, contributing to and facilitating sustainable social innovation, through collaboration between social entrepreneurs, civil society and the corporate sector, is the only way forward for the bottom billion to break out of the cycle of poverty and be empowered to live their lives to their full potential.

My ambition is to contribute to a more just economy, accessible for the poor, with a special focus on inclusiveness, social entrepreneurship and innovation. I am highly motivated to work together on pro-poor initiatives in which social and financial gains go hand in hand. That is why I co-founded “Micro Credit for Mothers”, and more recently started the global movement “Credits for Communities”.
